Jabez Huntington account book, 1796-1802.

Account book kept by Jabez Huntington and Peter Lanman, Junior, of Norwich, Connecticut. The two men opened a store in May 1796 under the name Jabez Huntington & Co. They sold a variety of goods, including forks and knives, camels hair pencils, tobacco boxes, and hour glasses.
